Speaking is one form of accompaniment. Whether we gather for a keynote, workshop, retreat, sermon, classroom conversation, or facilitated dialogue, our shared work is not simply the exchange of ideas. It is the creation of a space where curiosity deepens, relationships strengthen, and new possibilities emerge through participation. The most meaningful gatherings rarely end when the presentation concludes. They continue in conversations, relationships, and practices that unfold long afterward. The work begins not with predetermined solutions, but with thoughtful inquiry into the unique realities of each organization.

Why We Gather?
