Going Deeper
A3R learning is not primarily about acquiring information about the orientation.
It is formation.
Learning invites us to deepen our capacity to notice, question, reflect, relate, practice, and participate with greater awareness and care.
We learn through ideas, certainly.
But we also learn through experience, relationship, dialogue, reflection, practice, difference, and what becomes visible when we remain open to being changed by what we encounter.
We learn A3R not only by understanding its ideas, but by noticing what happens to how we see, relate, participate, and become.
There is no single way to deepen your encounter with A3R.
Different forms of learning offer different ways of entering the orientation and participating in its ongoing life.
Workshops & Learning Experiences
Introductory and focused opportunities to encounter A3R through teaching, reflection, dialogue, and practice.
Some may introduce the orientation as a whole. Others may explore a particular movement, question, practice, or dimension of human development and collective flourishing.
Four times each year, we open a free public learning space for orientation, conversation, inquiry, and discovery.
Each webinar explores a question connected to human development and collective flourishing—sometimes introducing dimensions of A3R, sometimes bringing the orientation into conversation with what is emerging in our lives, relationships, organizations, communities, and world.
Participants are invited to encounter ideas, consider their relevance, hear different perspectives, and leave with questions or possibilities they may want to explore further.
Free and open to all.
A3R learning opportunities will continue to grow as the ecosystem develops.
New workshops, courses, communities of practice, and formation experiences will be announced as they become available.
You are welcome to stay connected and learn alongside us.
Learning can deepen our understanding.
Practice can deepen our capacity.
Formation can change how we participate.
And eventually another question may arise:
Where might what I am learning be offered in relationship, community, organization, or the wider world?
Learning deepens our capacity.
Participation asks where that capacity will be offered.
