Resources, cards, maps, and guides that support integration.
A3R becomes meaningful through participation.
A3R is not only something to understand.
It is something to notice, explore, and live with.
Practice creates opportunities to bring attention to the ways we are becoming—through our relationships, our choices, our stories, our communities, and our participation in the worlds around us.
The practices gathered here are invitations.
They are not steps to complete or techniques to master.
They offer different ways of noticing what is present, wondering about what may be emerging, and remaining in relationship with the ongoing work of becoming.

I notice.
I wonder.
I realize.
Three simple phrases can change the quality of attention.
I notice invites us to attend to what is present before rushing to explain, judge, or resolve it.
I wonder opens space for curiosity—for possibilities we may not yet see and questions we may not yet know how to ask.
I realize gives language to emerging awareness—to something becoming visible that perhaps was not visible before.
Together, these phrases offer a way of staying present to experience with attention, curiosity, and openness.
They are not a formula or a sequence that must be followed.
They are simple invitations we can return to as we notice ourselves, our relationships, and the worlds in which we participate.
The A3R Practice Deck offers 48 invitations for reflection, inquiry, and conversation across the four movements of A3R:
Awakening · Reclaiming · Reweaving · Regenerating
Twelve cards accompany each movement.
The cards are designed to create space for noticing, wondering, reflection, and conversation—whether encountered individually or with others.
They are not answers or instructions for becoming.
They are invitations to stay in relationship with the questions that shape our becoming and our participation in the flourishing of others.

A3R is a living ecosystem.
Its maps offer different ways of seeing the relationships among its movements, orientations, and pathways of participation.
They are not intended as step-by-step instructions or a sequence to complete.
Rather, they offer visual ways of encountering the landscape of A3R—helping us notice relationships, connections, and possibilities within the larger whole.
